3.3 Online payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. DriveLK does not store full payment card details.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that:

  • The Website content is free from errors

  • Vehicle images exactly represent the vehicle provided

  • Information will always be current

DriveLK reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

12. Cancellation and Refund

DriveLK offers free cancellation.

Any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as licence processing, permits, delivery, or administrative fees) may be deducted from the refund.

Security Deposit Refunds

Security deposits are refundable, subject to post-rental inspection. DriveLK may deduct reasonable amounts to cover:

  • Vehicle damage or loss

  • Insurance excess

  • Traffic fines, tolls, or penalties

  • Fuel shortfalls

  • Cleaning, recovery, or administrative costs

Any remaining balance will be refunded within a reasonable period after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Termination due to renter breach of the Terms & Conditions

  • Vehicle misuse, illegal activity, or violation of rental rules

  • Force majeure events beyond DriveLK’s control

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
